INsight podcast: bombs away as inquiry terms launched

The terms of reference for the parliamentary inquiry into insurers' response to last year's floods are the main topic of conversation on the latest edition of the Insurance News podcast.

As previously reported, the inquiry will be undertaken by the Standing Committee on Economics, which will deliver its final report during the third quarter of next year.

This week’s edition of INsight, hosted by Insurance News MD Andrew Silcox, features the observations of Chairman Terry McMullan, Managing Editor John Deex, Deputy Editor Wendy Pugh, and Senior Journalists Bernice Han and Miranda Maxwell.

Also discussed by the panel are the ACCC's snub to Suncorp's bank sale plan, the latest trends in insurtech investment and ASIC's warnings on enforcement.
