Insurance affordability and the SME ombudsman’s wide-ranging report are the key focus of our latest INsight podcast.

In the 15-minute episode, Insurance News Publisher Terry McMullan runs the rule over some of Kate Carnell’s 15 recommendations, adding that concerns about the hard market will stretch into next year and “affordability isn’t going to go away as an issue”.
