Dispute delays at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) are the main topic of discussion in the latest Insurance News podcast.

As previously reported, AFCA CEO David Locke criticised insurers for poor handling of complaints before they come to the external dispute resolution body, plus sometimes a failure to engage efficiently with the AFCA process.
