Sydney-based Deborah Allan has been appointed market manager at HDI Global in Sydney, where she will focus on brokers and clients in NSW, Queensland and the ACT.

At the same time, Anna Khomeini has moved to Melbourne after two years in the market manager role in Sydney to focus on growing HDI’s presence in Victoria, SA and Tasmania.

“With Anna relocating to Melbourne and Deb joining the team, our market management team is well placed to support HDI’s vision to be a leading corporate insurer in this region," Regional Market Manager Australasia and ASEAN Willem van Wyk said.

Ms Allan was most recently insurance manager at energy infrastructure firm APA Group and formerly spent more than 20 years at Marsh, where she became principal. She has also held roles at Gallagher and FM Global.

Earlier this year, HDI Global SE Australia MD Stefan Feldmann took an additional role as Head of HDI Global Asia Pacific, a newly created position that is part of the insurer’s restructuring of its operations in the region.
