Chubb has promoted Adit Witjaksono to the role of Property Manager Australia & New Zealand, replacing Ben McGregor who is relocating to Singapore to take the role of Head of Property APAC and Japan.

Chubb announced Mr McGregor’s promotion last month. He will report to Regional President of Asia Pacific Paul McNamee.

Sydney-based Mr Witjaksono has been Chubb’s local Property Underwriting Manager Major Accounts & Middle Market since mid 2022 and formerly spent nine years at Zurich, finishing as Head of Property. He also spent five years at Vero in Melbourne.

Reporting to local Head of Property & Casualty Hayden Baker, Mr Witjaksono will be responsible for the growth and profitability of the local property portfolio across Chubb’s major account, mid-market and small commercial segments.

Chubb Country President Australia & New Zealand Peter Kelaher says Mr Witjaksono has deep property insurance expertise and a strong track record of leading underwriting teams to deliver profitable growth. 

“Since joining Chubb in 2022, he has demonstrated a strategic approach to client management and business development, building impactful relationships with our partners and clients,” Mr Kelaher said.
