Chubb has appointed Simon Priebbenow as Head of Claims, Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Priebbenow has been with Chubb since 2004 and has extensive claims experience in Australia and overseas.

Previous positions he has held include Vice President Claims Service Development in the international division and Head of Claims for Latin America. He has also been Claims Operations Manager for both the Asia Pacific and Australian regions.

Mr Priebbenow will report to Country President Jarrod Hill and also to previous incumbent James Flaskett, now Regional Head of Claims for Asia Pacific.

“Excellence in claims remains a strong differentiator for Chubb,” Mr Hill said.

“Our claims team offers a service we are very proud of, and the Head of Claims has a critical leadership role in this.”

Mr Priebbenow has a strong track record of success through enhancing service and providing positive customer experiences, he said.
