A celebration of life event to remember leading broker Graham Stevens will take place next month in Melbourne.

Mr Stevens, Director of Edgewise Insurance Brokers and a former National Insurance Brokers Association president, died on May 6 after a battle with cancer.

Close friends say hundreds of people have reached out to pay tribute to Mr Stevens, who has been described as a consummate broker and family man.

The celebration of his life is open to all and takes place on June 3 at 1pm at the RACV City Club, 501 Bourke Street, Melbourne.

Mr Stevens, known by his nickname “Bear”, is survived by his wife Norma, daughters Rachael and Melinda and two grand-daughters.
