Arch Insurance Australia has appointed Katrina Palmer as Senior Underwriter, Executive Assurance, for its Southern Region operations. 

As part of the role, Ms Palmer will have responsibility for the growth of Arch’s corporate insurance portfolios, including directors’ and officers’ liability and management liability policies, across Victoria, WA, SA, and Tasmania. 

She joins Arch following six years as a Senior Underwriter and Southern Broker Strategy Manager at Dual. She has also held roles at Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty, Aon and Marsh.  

Ms Palmer will be based in Melbourne, where she will report to Arch’s Southern Region Underwriting Manager, Executive Assurance Steven Gaitanis.

“Her considerable experience, deep market knowledge and extensive industry networks will be instrumental to the Southern Region, as we continue to strengthen our service proposition and enhance our relevance to our brokers.”
