Senior ANZ banking and wealth specialist Raelene Seales has been appointed COO General Insurance at Zurich Australia.

She will replace Shaun Feeley, who was appointed to the role in April last year but resigned earlier this month to pursue other opportunities.

Ms Seales is currently Head of Wrap and SMSF Platforms with ANZ, and will join Zurich in August.

A statement from the company this afternoon says she will “lead the delivery of outstanding broker and customer service”.

Ms Seales holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University and has more than 20 years’ experience in the banking and financial planning industries, as well as extensive knowledge in the management of distribution, product, marketing and dealership services teams.

Prior to her role at ANZ she worked in senior management roles at National Australia Bank.
