Zurich launches claims tracking tool
Zurich has introduced a tool to help motor fleet clients and brokers keep track of their claims.
Z Track was designed based on feedback from brokers and customers and underscores a commitment to improve claims service, the insurer says.
Besides monitoring claims, brokers and customers can also create claims history reports, request automated claims notifications and analyse their fleet performance.
“Z Track shows how we are making claims time simpler,” General Insurance Chief Claims Officer Hilary Bates said.
“The launch of Z Track is another example of our commitment to customer service excellence. Every customer touch point needs to be a highly responsive experience.”
