Zurich Australia has strengthened its general insurance claims team with the appointment of Chief Claims Officer Stephen Brooks to the additional post of EGM Claims.

Mr Brooks will maintain his responsibility for the Zurich claims teams in Australia and NZ, but the new role will include developing the group’s claims operations across the Asia-Pacific region.
