Zurich Australia names new chairman
Former leading broker Terry Paradine is the new Chairman of Zurich Financial Services Australia.
He has more than 40 years’ experience in the general insurance industry, including a 37-year stint at Marsh Asia Pacific where he served as Chairman and CEO.
He was previously a non-executive director for Zurich.
Mr Paradine said in a statement that despite the mature local market, life risk and investments appeal as future growth areas for Zurich.
Previous chairman Nancy Milne has retired after four years in the chair and nine years on the board.
