XL Catlin has opened an office in Brisbane, adding to branches already established in Sydney and Melbourne.

The office will be staffed by Geoff Still and Steve Rogers, covering property and casualty underwriting respectively, with expansion into other lines planned.

Steve Williamson, Regional Engineering Leader for XL Catlin’s property engineering division, will also be based in Brisbane.

Country Manager Robin Johnson says the new office will enable the company to be more responsive to Queensland brokers and clients.
