Xchanging posts 10.1% profit rise
Outsourcing company Xchanging has reported a 10.1% rise in adjusted operating profit to £55.5 million ($103.37 million) for last year.
It says profit from the insurance market, including in Australia, has driven the improvement.
Revenue in Australia grew 8.2%, partly driven by the launch of Xoom, a mobile app designed for the local insurance industry.
Overall, the insurance division performed well last year, with revenue rising 1.16% to £199.8 million ($372.10 million) and adjusted operating profit up 16% to £43.5 million ($81 million).
