Willis Towers Watson’s Hobart office has become part of Steadfast Taswide Insurance Brokers.

Willis Towers Watson GM Affinity and Commercial Australasia Brent Lehmann says the business’ clients will benefit from Steadfast Taswide’s size and depth of coverage.

“The agreement also means Steadfast Taswide can access some of the market-leading facilities Willis Towers Watson has created, in industries such as education and construction, on an ongoing basis,” he told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

He says clients have been “overwhelmingly supportive” of the move.

“This is not a sale and walk-away situation. Our intent is to provide ongoing support to the Steadfast Taswide business to help both of us grow our footprint in the Tasmanian market.”
