New Zealand rural company Wrightson has sold its insurance broking operations to Aon New Zealand for $NZ25 million.

The move comes after Wrightson posted a disappointing $NZ10 million profit to June 2004.

A new “insurance partnership” will see the broking business operate under the Wrightson/Aon brand. The company will be owned and administered by Aon.
