Willis has poached four Aon Risk Solutions executives in a move Willis CEO Pieter Lindhout says will strengthen its expertise in financial lines.

George Harding, who runs the NSW operation of Aon Professions and Financial Services, will become Leader of Willis Finex Australasia.

Willis Finex covers financial, executive and professional risks as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Mr Harding will be joined at Willis by Eden Fletcher, who has specialised in financial institutions and major companies at Aon; and Chris Moore, who has overseen high-level professional risk clients.

Michael Wright will also join Willis from Aon, where he worked on professions including architects, engineers and construction companies.

Mr Lindhout says it is important for Willis to have a strong financial lines team, and building its expertise has been a major focus for him since joining the group nine months ago.
