Willis Australia MD Gary Seymour will leave the company at the end of the year following a reorganisation of its Australian and NZ operations to create a single Australasian operation.

Willis Australia and NZ CEO Adam Garrard says the effective merger is a logical step in the company’s ongoing business strategy.

“It will allow us to create real clarity of purpose and vision in each of our business streams and eliminate any geographical obstacles that may hinder the execution of our plans.”

Mr Garrard will remain CEO of the combined entity.
