WFI appoints new CEO
Wesfarmers Federation Insurance (WFI) has named John Ripepi to succeed Howard King as CEO when Mr King retires at the end of June.
Mr Ripepi is currently GM Products for WFI and Lumley and has served Wesfarmers for 24 years. Prior to his current role he spent 15 years leading the WFI Underwriting and Technical Services division.
Mr King steps down from the top job after 32 years at WFI, including seven years as CEO.
“Howard has made an exceptional contribution to WFI and helped to position it as the leading insurer in rural and regional Australia,” Wesfarmers Insurance MD Rob Scott said.
Former Suncorp EGM Intermediated Distribution Commercial Denise Bofill has been named GM Products for WFI and Lumley following Mr Ripepi’s promotion.
