Industry veteran Tremayne West has joined Perth-based Westcourt General Insurance Brokers as a director and co-owner of the company.

The move is seen as a leadership succession plan by founder Jeff Hollands. Mr Hollands has run the company for more than 32 years.

Mr West has held senior positions in the industry including Allianz group strategy manager and national operations manager, Vero GM Affinity, Suncorp national workers’ compensation distribution manager and CGU national operations manager.

“When the opportunity came up for us to join forces, it was one I could not
resist,” Westcourt founder and Director Operations Jeff Hollands said.

“I look forward to working with Tremayne in setting a path for the continued growth of the Westcourt brand and of our individual authorised representatives.”
