Duncan West has joined the board of Hollard Insurance.

He has more than 25 years’ experience in insurance, including spells as NAB EGM retail wealth – responsible for insurance products and underwriting, distribution claims and the chief actuary – and as MLC Insurance EGM. He was also CEO of CGU and Vero.

Mr West is an independent non-executive director for Avant Insurance and Lawcover Insurance and a director and past president of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
