Industry leader Duncan West has been appointed Chairman of Hollard Australia.

Mr West is a former CEO of Vero Insurance (1998-2007), CGU (2008-2011) and EGM Insurance of MLC Wealth (2011-2013). He joined the Hollard board a year ago.

Rob Ellis and Brian Keane have resigned from the board as part of a rotation program, while long-serving Hollard executive Richard Heilig has been appointed COO.
