Wesfarmers hands Kiwi brokers strategy role

The company announced last week that New Zealand-based Crombie Lockwood CEO Steve Lockwood and COO Carl O’Shea have been handed responsibility for the much larger Australian broker’s strategic direction.

Wesfarmers Insurance CEO Rob Scott told insuranceNEWS.com.au Mr Lockwood and Mr O’Shea will focus on “new product development, systems, arrangements with underwriters, acquisitions and broker remuneration”.
