Property and casualty specialist Wellington Underwriting Agencies has announced three new additions to its board of directors and appointed Brian Atkin as its new MD.

Rob Hunt, Peter Gibb, and Megan Sheehan have been named to the board, as the Perth-based underwriter aims to “expand its market presence” in liability, property, and labour hire and training sectors.

Mr Hunt and Mr Gibb both previously held roles at Vero and have been at Wellington since 2020 and 2021, respectively. Ms Sheehan has been at Wellington since 2018 as an underwriter.

Mr Atkin was also confirmed as MD, bringing over 30 years of experience across brokers and agencies.
