Insurance law firm Wotton + Kearney and global law firm DAC Beachcroft have today announced an integration of their New Zealand operations.

DAC Beachcroft’s offices in Auckland and Wellington will now be rebranded in New Zealand as Wotton + Kearney.

Managing Partner Antony Holden will lead the New Zealand team of six partners and 11 insurance lawyers.

The firms are already partners through Legalign Global, an alliance set up to meet the legal needs of the growing multinational insurance market.

“This integration has resulted from open dialogue with the broader DAC Beachcroft team around what is in the best interests of clients in our region, and is reflective of a strong, trusting relationship between two founding member firms of Legalign Global,” Wotton + Kearney Chief Executive Partner David Kearney said.
