Vero has produced a video that explains to brokers’ clients the value of having an insurance expert in their corner during the claims process.

The animated video was produced in response to a finding in this year’s Vero SME Insurance Index that more than 25% of broker customers are not aware their brokers will help to manage their claims.

In the animated video, bike store owner Ben is relieved when he realises his broker will help him with a theft claim.

The index also found that of the SMEs that know their brokers will manage their claims, 74% are satisfied with their service.
