Vero produces client survey for brokers

Vero has unveiled its latest broker tool – a survey to help gauge clients’ service satisfaction, desired frequency of contact and likelihood of a referral.

Brokers can use the survey either on their websites or email signatures.

Suncorp National Manager Commercial Intermediaries Anthony Pagano says the tool follows the annual Vero SME Index, which showed the consistently high levels of satisfaction SMEs have with their brokers.

He told insuranceNEWS.com.au such important relationships “cannot be taken for granted” and clients are a major source of referrals.

“Consequently, using this tool enables brokers to gauge the all-important clients’ satisfaction of the services they provide,” Mr Pagano said.

The survey is the third Vero tool for brokers this year, following the Benefits of a Broker video and the Understanding Your Risk quiz.

Mr Pagano says the tools have proved successful with brokers, many of whom have integrated them into their websites and shared them on social media.

The tools are designed to help brokers face future challenges.

“The Vero SME Index identifies the issues, and the tools go some way to providing a solution.”

He says the survey allows various trends and their implications to be easily tracked.

Mr Pagano says the Vero tools’ success has exceeded expectations, and he expects more to be released next year.
