Vero has partnered with Qantas to let SME customers buying insurance products to earn loyalty points linked to the airline’s Aquire rewards program.

Businesses will receive points when they purchase Vero SME packages, commercial motor cover for up to 15 vehicles and, in some states, GIO workers’ compensation policies via brokers.

“We believe our SME clients will find the Aquire points a great bonus for insuring with Vero,” National Manager Broker Distribution Sam Sanfilippo said.

Qantas launched Aquire, which has about 50,000 business members across Australia, last year.

Rewards include flights and flight upgrades. Points can be transferred to individuals’ frequent flyer accounts.
