Vero has added new features to its broker portal after in-depth consultation with the industry.

The website, exclusive only to brokers, will remain known as VeroCentral.

“Consultation has been central to the development of VeroCentral,” National Manager Broker Distribution Sam Sanfilippo said. “There is an enhanced level of easy access to just about everything they could want from a broker portal.”

The upgraded portal offers brokers cluster specific wordings and access to Vero’s full suite of documents.

Brokers can also log in to the portal to retrieve claims information, including response details. Claims case study videos are also featured.

The revamped portal will be launched officially this week.
