Vero has simplified its claims process for customers and brokers as a result of recent weather events.

Brokers now have authority to accept claims of up to $7000 for affected customers, and bulk lodgement of claims is available.

“The volume of claims these weather events are generating means it’s a busy period for brokers,” Suncorp EGM Commercial Claims Matt Pearson said. “Anything that saves time and gets the repair process under way quickly is worth implementing.”

The $7000 authority includes commercial property claims, plus home.

Bulk lodgement of multiple claims can be done using a spreadsheet available through the VeroCentral broker portal.
