Melbourne-based heavy vehicle repairer Truckrite has become one of 20 premium repair partners of transport and logistics specialist insurer NTI.

NTI’s Head of Claims Services Tim Pontifex says NTI upholds strict eligibility selection criteria. All NTI Premium Repairers meet standards including equipment for the heavy vehicle industry and staff experience in the workshop, which it says reduces time off road for NTI customers.

“This is great news for NTI and our customers,” he said of the Truckrite partnership. “It’s not every day a new Premium Repairer joins our network.”

Truckrite is an Australian owned and operated company servicing all makes and models of heavy vehicles, and owners Steve Mallotsis and Neil Walling say as a Premium Repairer, customers now don’t have to wait to have repairs assessed and authorised.

“We’re able to get the ball rolling straight away which saves time and gets vehicles back on the road more quickly,” they said.
