Telco CFO to join iSelect
iSelect has appointed M2 Group CFO Darryl Inns as its CFO, effective from July 4.
He will replace Vicki Pafumi, who acted in the role after Paul McCarthy left in January for family reasons.
Mr Inns has been CFO of telecommunications company M2 Group since 2001, overseeing the rise of its market capitalisation from $14 million to $2.5 billion. He was integral in setting up its operational strategy and was involved in the company’s multiple acquisitions.
Late last year the iSelect board held talks with US private equity group Providence Equity Partners about a possible takeover.
However, in November it instead decided to pursue CEO Scott Wilson’s growth strategy.
