Tasmania’s Scope joins IBNA
Launceston-based Scope Insurance Brokers has joined Insurance Brokers Network Australia (IBNA).
Director Dion Guest started the business in 2009 and has been an authorised representative of Capital Innovation Insurance, formerly Bugg Goninon.
Scope secured its own licence this month and has joined IBNA after dealing with the network as an authorised representative, Mr Guest told insuranceNEWS.com.au.
“I liked the idea of being part of a network, but I am happy to be independent and stay locally owned,” he said. “From a networking point of view it is a great association.”
Scope employs five staff and serves SME clients. Mr Guest says there are plenty of growth opportunities in Tasmania and further afield.
