Suncorp is investigating the possibility of expanding its involvement in the private health market.

The group says it is already a player through arrangements between Nib and Apia, but this offering is routinely reviewed.

“Accordingly, we have recruited greater expertise in this area to examine further opportunities,” a spokesman said.

“Any changes to our products or services [will be] announced at the appropriate time.”
