Suncorp has appointed Sylvia Falzon as a non-executive director, effective from September 1.

Ms Falzon holds similar positions at financial services group Perpetual, Premier Investments and Regis Healthcare.

She was previously head of business development with Aviva Investors Australia and chief manager of international sales and service at National Mutual Funds Management.
