Suncorp non-executive director Ilana Atlas has resigned after more than three years on the board.

The former Westpac banker, who chaired the remuneration committee and sat on the risk committee, has moved to a non-executive position on the ANZ board.

Suncorp says an update on the board’s composition will follow at the annual general meeting on October 23.
