Resilium is formally operating as an independent authorised representative network, with Suncorp confirming today it has completed the business’ sale.

The management buyout was led by Adrian Kitchin, who will continue as MD.

Resilium will also continue to distribute Suncorp’s GIO and Vero-branded products through a strategic alliance agreement.

Suncorp says the sale reflects a strategy to optimise the business while continuing to connect customers to products and services from third parties and intermediated partners.
