Suncorp appoints senior executive
Suncorp’s Darren O’Connell has been promoted to Executive General Manager Corporate Portfolio, Commercial Insurance. He replaces John Nagle, who has moved to Lumley General.
Mr O’Connell took over the role on Friday, stepping up from his position as Executive Manager Property and Liability. He has been with Suncorp for 23 years and previously worked as National Development Manager Corporate.
Group Executive Commercial Insurance Mark Milliner says Mr O’Connell was the obvious choice after the company undertook a rigorous selection and appointment process.
