Claims service provider Stream has announced the resignation of Company Secretary Ben Raftery, just six months after his appointment.

Brett Crowley, a solicitor and former senior legal member of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, has been announced as Mr Raftery’s replacement with immediate effect.

Mr Raftery had replaced Tony Perkins following his resignation in November.

As previously reported by insuranceNEWS.com.au, Stream’s Australian operations are being liquidated, and its UK business has been sold.

The New Zealand operations have been rebranded and relaunched as Symetri.
