Stream, Cerno merger set for completion
Stream Claims Services says its merger with loss adjuster Cerno will be completed by Friday.
Cerno shareholders voted in December to accept the deal, following Stream shareholders’ approval in November.
The shareholder debt transaction has not been completed, but Stream CEO Paul Lynch says that will not stop the merger being finalised.
COO Jim Jobson says the Cerno brand will be “retired” and replaced by Stream. However, all product lines will be maintained.
