Stream CEO resigns due to illness
Stream Claims Services has announced the resignation of CEO Paul Lynch due to health concerns.
Mr Lynch, who fell ill last month, has also stepped down as a director.
“This decision was not made lightly by Paul and was done in consultation with his medical advisers,” Chairman Christian Bernecker told insuranceNEWS.com.au.
“He will very much be missed.”
Mr Lynch joined Stream in 2011 as a consultant and was appointed CEO in November after steering the merger with loss adjuster Cerno.
“The board will now commence the search for a new CEO and we will provide updates going forward,” Mr Bernecker said.
“The senior management team will continue to manage the day-to-day operations of the business in the interim.”
