Roy Morgan has announced IAG-backed NRMA Insurance as the insurance sector winner of its inaugural Trust Brand Awards.

The market researcher says award winners “have garnered an unmatched level of trust, and exceedingly low, or negligible level, of distrust, to be recognised as more trusted than all their competitors in their respective categories”.

The insurer was also added to Roy Morgan’s “Top 20 most trusted brands” in its most recent quarterly report.

NRMA Insurance EGM Matthew Bennett accepted the award on behalf of the insurer, saying it was “a wonderful recognition of the experiences our people deliver for our valued customers”.
