RAC Insurance and life insurer CommInsure have been named among the big winners at industry researcher Roy Morgan’s annual Customer Satisfaction Awards.   

The awards, which are based on a survey of more than 60,000 customers across several industries, saw Defence Service Homes Insurance win as General Insurer of the Year, while multi-time winner RAC Insurance was once again named Major General Insurer of the Year. 

CommInsure achieved its first victory as Major Risk and Life Insurer of the Year.    

Previous award winner, Real Insurance, was again named Risk and Life Insurer of the Year while also being marked as one of only 12 winners to hold a perfect record by topping every monthly survey.   

Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine congratulated all category winners, saying the awards act as “the gold standard in identifying those companies and brands that stay ahead of the pack by knowing what their customers want and delivering it consistently”.
