Loss adjusters Robertson & Co has announced it’s merging with Crawford and Company, one of the world’s largest providers of risk and claims management services. The new entity will operate as the Australian arm of Crawford & Company.

It will be one of the largest independent loss adjusting and claims administration providers in Australia. The deal will be finalised at the end of June when Robertson & Co MD Laurie Bevan takes up the reins as CEO of Crawford and Company (Australia) Pty Ltd.

The combined group will offer four operating divisions: Crawford Claims (CMS), Crawford Health Care Management, Crawford Liability and Crawford Technical Services.
