Regional broker merges with Adroit
Gippsland broker McNair Hurle Latrobe will merge with Adroit Insurance Group to become Adroit MHL Insurance Brokers.
McNair Hurle Latrobe partners Joe Diamente, Rocco Gaudiano and Karen Locandro will lead the Morwell-based team of more than 20 brokers and professionals serving eastern Victoria.
Adroit MD Andrew Locke says the merger will benefit clients and ensure growth.
“The merger brings together two businesses with similar cultures and complementary skill sets, and aligns with the Adroit model and ambition to partner with like-minded and quality people,” Mr Locke said.
McNair Hurle Latrobe director Peter Hurle says the two companies are a “natural fit” and the deal, effective from July 1, allows him to retire knowing his clients will be looked after.
Adroit is a member of the Austbrokers cluster group, while McNair Hurle Latrobe was with Insurance Brokers Network Australia.
