Zurich Australia has released an enhanced version of its web-based delivery system Z.stream, with improvements based on broker research.

The online product – which brokers access via Sunrise Exchange – provides access to full cycle online policy processing for the company’s AllGuard Business Insurance product. Zurich GM General Insurance Anthony Day says the new system gives improved functionality and easier navigation.

“Online processing is now an integral part of the modern broker’s business,” he said. “Brokers are demanding greater efficiencies from insurance companies and online processing is just one of them.”
