RACQ Insurance has partnered with Brisbane-based insurtech ENData to digitise its home and contents claims, speeding resolution and keeping its members connected and up to date.

The ENData digital claims platform will connect the RACQ claims team with external assessment and repairer data.

“We’ll now be able to automate some of the ways we interact with our repairer and assessor network because this system will be an up-to-date snap shot of where assessment and repairs are for a claim,” GM Claims Andrew Johnson said.

ENData’s software promises automation of claims administration for both RACQ staff and external suppliers, assistance with regulatory compliance obligations and improved ability to capture and analyse data for continuous claims improvement.
