RACQ has appointed Tracy Green to the newly created role of Group Executive Insurance.

She will report to CEO David Carter.

Ms Green was formerly RACQ’s GM Insurance Product and Pricing and earlier spent eight years at IAG in Sydney and five years at Suncorp.

She has already spent almost 12 months acting in the role, and has been working virtually from her home office in Cairns. She says she is looking forward to leading the RACQ Insurance team.

Ms Green lists among her plans working with governments and industry to identify better ways to support the organisation’s 1.8 million members and helping the wider Queensland community become more resilient to natural disasters.
