RAA, RAC win customer satisfaction awards
Motor mutual clubs RAA and RAC have taken top insurance honours in an annual Roy Morgan customer satisfaction survey.
RAA won the general insurer of the year award and RAC triumphed in the major general insurer category.
Market researcher Roy Morgan surveyed more than 60,000 Australians last year to find the customer satisfaction winners across 38 categories in finance, retail, telecommunications, automotive, tourism and travel, and utilities.
Monthly winners are recorded in each category, with the annual award going to the company with the most monthly wins.
WA-based club RAC, which has an insurance business, achieved a perfect record of 12 monthly survey wins to triumph for the second straight year.
