QBE today launched a tender for the provision of insurance restoration services across its personal and commercial lines.

The insurer wants partners that can provide high-quality, cost-effective restorations to private and commercial properties.

Shortlisted candidates will also have the capacity to support QBE’s distribution partners across the country.

“We’re looking to curate a restoration services network with businesses that share our commitment to exceptional customer service and help us meet our customer promise,” Chief Claims Officer Jon Fox said.

“The claims experience is one of the most important touchpoints we have with our customers.

“It’s the moment they need us the most, and it’s critical that we are supported by businesses that share our customer-first ambition and make their journey back to recovery as seamless as possible.”

Expressions of interest must be received by April 15.
